Instructions:

-On 6/30/2017 a private company was found to be illegally connected to a storm sewer that discharges into Maspeth Creek through Outfall NCQ-077 located near 49th Street, Maspeth, N.Y. 11378 with a rate pf 1000 gallons per day.

-On 7/6/2017, a second business was found illegally connected to a storm sewer that discharges into Maspeth Creek through Outfall NCQ-077 located near Galasso Place, Maspeth, N.Y. 11378 with a rate of approximately 400 gallons per day.

-On 7/25/2017, a third business was found illegally connected to a storm sewer that discharges into Maspeth Creek Outfall NCQ-077 located near Galasso Place, Maspeth, N.Y. 11378 with a rate of approximately 800 gallons per day.
